Disposition versions
26. The actuarial valuation report for a pension plan whose date corresponds to the one determined in accordance with section 37 shall mention that the provisions of this Regulation that provide for 2 separate components within the plan, as well as those that provide for the guarantees by Kruger Inc. cease to apply to the pension plan as of that date.
